[TALK] / Didn't see your question?

A.

AI workflow automation is the use of artificial intelligence to replace repetitive, manual business processes with intelligent, self-running systems. A&M Flow designs and deploys these systems – covering everything from document processing and lead qualification to customer support and data reporting – so your team can focus on high-value work.

From 1–2 weeks for most projects, from first call to a working system you actually use. We don't do the 3-month-PoC-then-3-month-MVP routine. If something is genuinely larger, we'll tell you up front and we'll either split it into chunks from 1–2 weeks each or pass on the project. Either way, you know the timeline before you commit.

No – the goal is the opposite. A&M Flow integrates AI to remove repetitive, low-value tasks from your team's workload, freeing them to focus on work that requires human judgment. We design every integration to run alongside existing systems with minimal disruption.

Fixed price, quoted up front, before anything starts. After the 30-minute call we send you one number for one scope – what you pay, what we deliver, by when. No hourly billing, no surprise overruns. Most projects from 1–2 weeks land in a range we'll give you on the call.

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We work inside your infrastructure with the access scope you set – usually a single service account scoped to what the system needs and nothing else. GDPR-compliant by design. Your business data is never used to train models and is never shared with third parties.

We don't ship and disappear. If something breaks, you write to us and we fix it – that's included for the first three months. After that you can stay on a small monthly plan, or just call us when something changes in your business and we adjust. Either way, the system is yours, the code is yours and you can walk away whenever you want.

Yes – before we look at anything sensitive. We send a one-page mutual NDA before the first call if you'd like, or right after it. We've never refused one, and we've never charged for one.

You do. From the first commit. We deliver the code into your repo (or a fresh one you own), with deploy access in your accounts – not ours. If you stop working with us tomorrow, the system keeps running and any developer can pick it up.

Yes – it's the norm, not the exception. We slot into your stack (Slack/Linear/GitHub, whatever you use), follow your code review process and write to your conventions. Your engineers stay the owners; we're the extra pair of hands that knows AI.

Default is remote – we're EU-based and most of our work is async. For sensitive on-prem setups or workshops we travel. The first call is always remote and free.

Whatever your customers and team actually use. Modern models handle English, Russian, the major European languages and most Asian ones at production quality. We design every system bilingual-first by default – we live in EN/RU ourselves.

We'll say so on the first call. We've turned down work that didn't need AI – a $200 Zapier flow doesn't need an LLM, and we won't pretend otherwise. You walk away with a clearer picture either way.

Questions and answers

What is AI workflow automation?

AI workflow automation is the use of artificial intelligence to replace repetitive, manual business processes with intelligent, self-running systems. A&M Flow designs and deploys these systems – covering everything from document processing and lead qualification to customer support and data reporting – so your team can focus on high-value work.

How long does this take?

From 1–2 weeks for most projects, from first call to a working system you actually use. We don't do the 3-month-PoC-then-3-month-MVP routine. If something is genuinely larger, we'll tell you up front and we'll either split it into chunks from 1–2 weeks each or pass on the project. Either way, you know the timeline before you commit.

Will AI automation disrupt my existing team or workflows?

No – the goal is the opposite. A&M Flow integrates AI to remove repetitive, low-value tasks from your team's workload, freeing them to focus on work that requires human judgment. We design every integration to run alongside existing systems with minimal disruption.

How much does it cost?

Fixed price, quoted up front, before anything starts. After the 30-minute call we send you one number for one scope – what you pay, what we deliver, by when. No hourly billing, no surprise overruns. Most projects from 1–2 weeks land in a range we'll give you on the call.

Is my business data secure with A&M Flow?

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS, and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We work inside your infrastructure with the access scope you set – usually a single service account scoped to what the system needs and nothing else. GDPR-compliant by design. Your business data is never used to train models and is never shared with third parties.

What happens after you ship it?

We don't ship and disappear. If something breaks, you write to us and we fix it – that's included for the first three months. After that you can stay on a small monthly plan, or just call us when something changes in your business and we adjust. Either way, the system is yours, the code is yours and you can walk away whenever you want.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes – before we look at anything sensitive. We send a one-page mutual NDA before the first call if you'd like, or right after it. We've never refused one, and we've never charged for one.

Who owns the code and the system?

You do. From the first commit. We deliver the code into your repo (or a fresh one you own), with deploy access in your accounts – not ours. If you stop working with us tomorrow, the system keeps running and any developer can pick it up.

Can you work with our existing team and tools?

Yes – it's the norm, not the exception. We slot into your stack (Slack/Linear/GitHub, whatever you use), follow your code review process and write to your conventions. Your engineers stay the owners; we're the extra pair of hands that knows AI.

Do you work on-site or only remote?

Default is remote – we're EU-based and most of our work is async. For sensitive on-prem setups or workshops we travel. The first call is always remote and free.

What languages can the AI work in?

Whatever your customers and team actually use. Modern models handle English, Russian, the major European languages and most Asian ones at production quality. We design every system bilingual-first by default – we live in EN/RU ourselves.

What if AI is the wrong answer for our problem?

We'll say so on the first call. We've turned down work that didn't need AI – a $200 Zapier flow doesn't need an LLM, and we won't pretend otherwise. You walk away with a clearer picture either way.
