    Customer Support Automation

Tickets land already classified and prioritised. Agents get a drafted reply they send in one click or edit first. The obvious questions get answered before a person sees them. Everything ambiguous still goes to a human.

    Customer Support Automation

    What it does

    • 01Ticket classification and routing: intent, language, urgency, the right queue
    • 02Drafted replies grounded in your knowledge base, for the agent to approve
    • 03Self-serve answers for order status, returns, billing basics
    • 04Escalation summaries: history and a proposed next step, not a raw thread
    • 05After-contact work: tags, CRM updates, follow-up notes
    • 06Works inside Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot or a shared mailbox

What ships in the first two weeks

    1. Week 1: classification and routing live on last quarter's tickets, accuracy reported
    2. Week 2: drafted replies on one channel, handle time measured against the baseline
    3. Handover: runbook, evaluation set, three months of fixes

Every deliverable ends with code in your repository, a runbook and three months of fixes. Scope and price are fixed in writing before we start.

    Questions

    01Will this replace our agents?

The economics work without replacing anyone. The freed hours go to harder tickets, longer coverage and a cleared backlog. The cost calculator prices a ticket done by a person against a ticket done by a model plus the review; the review share is yours to set.

02What resolution rate should we expect from self-serve?

Plan around a third to a half fully self-served for a well-grounded assistant on a real knowledge base. Vendor claims above that usually count partial deflections. We baseline your own number in the first two weeks.

03Which helpdesk do you integrate with?

Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot Service Hub, Jira Service Management and any tool with an API. The automation reads and writes tickets in the system your team already uses.

04How fast can this go live?

A scoped first system ships in 1-2 weeks: classification plus drafted replies on one channel, measured against your current handle time from day one.
