No black box. The estimate is built from your inputs plus the six rules below and nothing else.
These assumptions are the whole model. The figures are estimates from your inputs, not measured client data. Your real result depends on which workflows we automate together.
- 01 Hourly cost = the monthly salary divided by 160 working hours÷ 160

FAQ
Questions about the numbers
01 How is the estimate calculated?
We take your team size and average salary to get an hourly cost, then estimate how many of your weekly manual hours AI can take over based on your industry. That freed time, valued at the hourly cost, is your monthly saving. The full formula is in the methodology panel above.
02 Are these numbers based on real client data?
No. They are transparent estimates from your inputs and the assumptions we publish, not a benchmark dataset. We would rather show you the model than quote a number we cannot defend.
03 What counts as automatable hours?
Repetitive rules-based work: data entry, copy-paste between tools, routine email and support replies, report assembly, scheduling and document processing. Judgement-heavy work stays with your team.
04 How accurate is the payback period?
It is a directional estimate. Payback divides a representative implementation cost by your monthly saving, so it moves with every input. The conservative case is the safer number to plan around.
05 What is included in the implementation cost?
The slider stands in for a one-time build: discovery, the automation itself, integration with your tools and handover. Ongoing running costs are usually small next to the time saved. We confirm the real figure in a scoping call.
06 Can I get a tailored estimate?
Yes. Send us your inputs or book a short call and we will pressure-test the assumptions against your actual workflows, then come back with a concrete scope and price.
