What does A&M Flow actually do?
We design and ship production AI systems for businesses. Two engineers, working directly with you. No project managers, no account executives. You talk to the people writing the code.
How long does an AI project take?
Most engagements are one to two weeks from green light to live system. Larger builds and on-prem deployments may take up to six weeks. We commit to a fixed timeline before you sign.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price per project, agreed in writing within one working day of the first call. We do not charge for the call, the scope, or the proposal. Ongoing optimisation is a separate optional retainer.
Who owns the code and the deployment?
You do, from the first commit. We deliver code into your repository and configure deploy in your accounts, not ours. If you stop working with us, any engineer on your team can pick it up.
Will AI integration disrupt my existing team?
No. We remove repetitive work from your team's plate so they can focus on judgement work. Every system is designed to run alongside what you already have.
Is my business data secure?
Yes. We use the encryption your stack already provides, deploy inside your existing secure infrastructure, and comply with GDPR. We do not store or share your business data. On-prem deployments are available for sensitive workloads.
Do you work on-site or only remote?
Default is remote. We are based in Warsaw and most of our work is async. For sensitive on-prem setups or workshops we travel. The first call is always remote and free.
What support do you provide after launch?
Three months of free fixes after every launch. After that, an optional retainer for ongoing optimisation, monitoring and new feature work.
