Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
A&M Flow ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains, in plain language, what information anmflow.com actually collects, how and why we use it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it and the rights you have. Each section starts with a short summary so you can skim, then gives the detail if you want it. We are based in the European Union and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable law of the EU member state where we are established. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our website or services.
01
Who we are
In short: A&M Flow runs this site and decides how your data is used here. A real person, not a ticket queue, reads and answers privacy requests.
02
What this policy covers
In short: this policy is about the website and our dealings with you. The work we do inside a client's own systems is covered by the signed engagement agreement, not this page.
03
Information we collect
In short: what you type into the contact form or chat, plus basic technical data your browser sends, and analytics only if you accept it. Nothing more.
04
The contact form
In short: your message is checked for bots, saved to our database and emailed to us. That is the whole flow, and every step is listed here.
05
The Ami chat assistant
In short: Ami is our own AI assistant. It reads your messages to answer you, which means sending them to AI model providers who process them on our behalf. Do not paste secrets into it.
06
Cookies and browser storage
In short: two small necessary values (your language and your cookie choice) and, only if you accept, analytics. No advertising cookies at all.
07
Analytics and privacy signals
In short: Google Analytics is off by default and only turns on if you accept it. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a no automatically.
08
Legal bases for processing
In short: we rely on your consent for analytics, on taking steps toward a contract when you contact us, on our legitimate interest in running a safe site and on the law where we must keep records.
09
How we use your information
In short: to answer you, deliver our work, keep the site secure, meet our legal duties and (with consent) understand which pages are useful.
10
Service providers we use
In short: a short, honest list of the companies that help run this site, each with a data-protection agreement in place. We name them so you know exactly who is involved.
11
What we do not do, and when we share
In short: we never sell your data and we do not target ads at you. We share data only with the processors above, professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.
12
International data transfers
In short: some providers operate outside the EEA. Where data leaves it, we rely on the EU's approved safeguards so it keeps GDPR-level protection.
13
How long we keep it
In short: we keep things only as long as they are useful for the reason we collected them or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
14
Security
In short: we use access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege access, and we pick our providers carefully. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if something goes wrong.
15
Your rights
In short: you can see, correct, delete, limit, move and object to your data and withdraw consent, all under the GDPR. Just ask.
16
Exercising your rights
In short: email us, we may verify it is really you and we aim to reply within a month. It is free.
17
Sensitive data and children
In short: please do not send us special-category data, and this site is not aimed at children under 16.
18
Automated decisions and AI
In short: nothing on this site makes a legally significant decision about you automatically. Ami answers questions; it does not judge you.
19
Client project data
In short: if you hire us, the data inside your project is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this website policy.
20
Changes to this policy
In short: if we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes get flagged.
21
Complaints and supervisory authority
In short: talk to us first, but you can always complain to a data protection authority.
