01Do we need a strategy first?
No. The teams already know where the time goes; the discovery hour makes it explicit and the priority matrix turns it into an order of work. Strategy documents that precede a running system usually get rewritten once the first system runs.
02How much of our team's time does this take?
One hour per team in discovery, then about an hour a week from the owner of the workflow being built: answering questions, reviewing outputs, signing off. We do not run workshops.
03What if a workflow needs something you do not list?
Then it is a custom build inside the same program, scoped and priced the same way. Most of what we ship is a combination of catalogue pieces anyway; the catalogue is a menu, not a limit.
04Can we stop after the first workflow?
Yes. Every deliverable stands on its own with code in your repo and three months of fixes. The program is for teams that want a steady cadence, not a lock-in.
