The salon panel that spots a client before she goes quiet
A read-only panel over the salon's own Altegio CRM: six client segments, AI messages in three languages and a daily Telegram report, with nothing ever written back to the CRM.
Winback, churn risk, rebook, VIP, birthday, home-care

Where AI does the work
Win-back messages
For a gone-quiet or home-care client, Claude writes a personal message per scenario in the client's language, ready to copy into Altegio or WhatsApp in one tap.
Rebook and birthday messages
For a client due a rebook or with a birthday in the next 30 days, Claude writes a personal message in Russian, Polish or Ukrainian, ready to send in one tap.
Daily Telegram summary
A script turns yesterday's bookings, filled windows, cancellations, free slots and this week's birthdays into a report; Claude rewrites it into a short live summary when that option is on.
Built with Claude Code in 4 weeks
Gone-quiet and at-risk clients went unnoticed inside the CRM.
The owner opens six segments with ready AI messages and a daily Telegram report.
Under the hood
01Context
A CRM full of data, no way to act on it
Altegio held every client, visit and purchase, but nothing surfaced who was slipping away. Finding gone-quiet clients, upcoming birthdays or clients due a home-care top-up meant scrolling the CRM by hand, and nobody was tracking churn risk or what an empty afternoon on the schedule actually cost.
02What we built
Six segments, AI messages, a live client card
The Clients tab turns the base into segments with counts on the chips: gone-quiet clients (with lost revenue shown per client), churn risk (silent for 1.5x their own usual visit rhythm), due for a rebook, VIPs, birthdays in the next 30 days and clients due a home-care top-up. Four of those get a one-tap AI message in Russian, Polish or Ukrainian, written by Claude or a template when no API key is set. A client card pulled from Altegio shows visit and purchase history and a local contact log.
03How it works
A synced snapshot, read-only toward Altegio
A sync script pulls every client and appointment from Altegio and writes one snapshot the app reads; the panel never writes back except Altegio's own read-only search endpoint. A daily script turns yesterday's numbers, today's free windows and this week's birthdays into a Telegram report, rewritten into a short summary by Claude when that option is on.
