A WhatsApp AI assistant for a business in the EU answers customers from your documents, books appointments and hands over to a person, inside the app your customers already use. With us it costs from $1,500 fixed and goes live in 1-2 weeks, plus the time Meta takes to verify your business.
01Definition
What a WhatsApp AI assistant is and is not
A WhatsApp AI assistant is an official WhatsApp Business account connected to a model that reads each message, finds the answer in your price list, policies and past replies, and writes back in the customer's language. It is not an auto-reply with a menu and it is not a person pretending to be a bot. When it is unsure it says so and passes the chat to your team.
02What it does
What a salon, a clinic or a shop gets from it
- Replies at two in the morning with the right price and the right opening hours, from your own documents.
- Books an appointment into your calendar and sends the confirmation and the reminder.
- Takes an order or a request and writes it into your sheet or CRM.
- Answers in Russian, English and the local language, whichever the customer wrote in.
- Hands over to a person with the full chat when the question is unusual.
03The catch
Meta verifies your business first
A bot on WhatsApp runs through the WhatsApp Business Platform, and Meta asks the company to verify itself with registration documents before the number can send messages at scale. That takes from a few days to a couple of weeks and it is the one step we cannot speed up. We prepare the application with you and build the assistant in parallel, so the bot is ready the day the verification lands.
04Price
What it costs
Three lines. Our build, from $1,500 fixed, including your documents loaded, a test set of questions, launch, handover and three months of fixes. Model usage, paid by you to the vendor, tens of dollars a month at small-business volumes. And WhatsApp's own conversation fees, which Meta charges per conversation started by the business and publishes per country, usually a few cents each. Customer-initiated service conversations are free in a 24-hour window under Meta's current rules.
Scope and price for the assistant are on the service page. The support cost calculator prices one answer by a person against one by a model.
05GDPR
Customer data in WhatsApp under GDPR
Built the right way
- Messages and documents stored in your own accounts in an EU region
- A processor agreement with the model vendor and no training on your data
- The first message tells the customer an assistant replies
- You can export or delete a customer's chat yourself
Red flags
- The number is registered to the developer, not to you
- Nobody can say where the chats are stored
- Chats are used to improve a third party's model
- No way to delete a conversation without a support ticket
